Q: When are you open?
A: We are in the office Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST. If you need to contact us outside of our normal operating hours, you can leave us an offline message, send us an email, or call 1-800-240-1850 and leave us a message. We will get back with you as soon as possible.
Q: How much is S&H?
A: For our library customers, we charge 8% of the total or $5.00 minimum.
Q: How can I get Free S&H?
A: This question is asked so often it has it’s own page! Here are the ways to get Free S&H.
Q: What do I need to set up an account?
A: Simply click “My Account” at the top of our site. Enter your contact information and create your own password. You do not need a credit card to create an account.
Q: My organization is tax exempt, do you need our tax exempt form?
A: Currently we only require your tax exempt form if you are in our home state of Florida.
Q: Can we be billed or do we have to pay by credit card?
A: If you are with a public library, we can bill you 30 days net. Choose “Place a purchase order” at checkout. Purchase order number is not required.
Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Q: Where is my order history?
A: If you placed an online order prior to 10/01/15, you will not be able to view this online. We can still provide you this information, just contact us and let us know. For online orders placed after 10/01/15, you can view these on your My Account page.
Q: Where can I find my account number?
A: Here at Showcases we don’t use account numbers. We believe you are a name, not a number.
Q: How can I get a W-9 form from you?
A: You can request a W-9 here.
Q: I received a winning lotto ticket. What do I win and how do I collect?
A: Simply fax (1-800-240-1851) or scan/email (customerservice@showcases1.com) the winning lotto ticket to us.
